Kris is a native to Toronto’s west end. Growing up in Bloor West Village, he has lifelong expertise about the neighbourhoods and housing stock in West Toronto. With over a decade of experience as a realtor, he guides clients through diverse transactions ranging from condos to luxury homes, development and multi-family investment properties. From first-time buyers, downsizers, investors, landlords, builders and developers.
Kris’ propensity to exceed his client’s expectations comes as a result of his willingness to help people, his perseverance, attention to detail, experience as a landlord, in combination with hands-on knowledge of renovating and building homes.
Kris has deep roots in west end Toronto and a strong commitment to the community. He supports youth sports teams, a neighbourhood garden, a number of local charities, school fundraisers and rides annually in the Cycle 4 St. Joe’s. In his spare time, Kris enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing hockey and fishing at the family cottage.
